Easysleep Foam boasts a complete production system, including continuous foaming lines, PU mould forming workshops and CNC precision cutting equipment. It can steadily produce functional foam with various densities and softness levels, meeting mass demands for pillows, mattresses and furniture products.

The factory has passed Sedex / BSCI social responsibility audits and BV / Amazon quality audits. It is also equipped with an independent laboratory to conduct routine performance tests for foam materials.
