We adopt a more eco-friendly foaming process to reduce VOC emissions during the production of mattress foam, minimizing memory foam odor at the source. This not only delivers higher safety, but also keeps the finished products fresh and comfortable in use. In addition, our foam materials contain no heavy metals, formaldehyde or harmful plasticizers, and comply with multiple international safety standards.
Raw Material & Formulation Control
Key raw materials undergo strict screening and automatic metering to ensure stable foaming reactions. Density, firmness, and functional formulas such as slow rebound, high rebound, antibacterial, anti-mite, and flame retardant can be adjusted as required.
Structural & Forming Design
Through continuous foaming, molding and CNC cutting technologies, we achieve consistent foam structure, excellent air permeability and precise dimensional accuracy, suitable for a variety of pillows, mattresses and seating products.
In-House Performance Testing
Density Test: Ensure stable support and resilience performance. Firmness / ILD Test: Confirm comfort level grading. Tensile & Tear Strength Test: Evaluate material durability. Resilience & Recovery Time Test: Guarantee consistent performance of slow rebound and high rebound foam. Airflow Test: Verify air permeability and heat dissipation performance. Durability Cycle Test: Simulate long-term service conditions.
Traceability
Random sampling and records are conducted for every batch to ensure stable performance from raw materials to finished products, delivering consistently reliable production quality and full traceability.
